The Role

The main responsibilities include:

  • Develop clear and concise communication, in particular to the Dealer network and Field Force Managers 
  • Preparation of product forecasts, budgets, plans and strategies
  • Liaise with both Parts Dealer support and Service Technical departments to ensure suitability and compliance of all activities and products with local market
  • Strong co-operation with business partners regarding the performance, updates, reporting and progress of respective tasks 
  • Briefing, development,  implementation and measurement of all Project and Product related activities
  • Ensuring sales and gross profit is met on all programs, products and initiatives
  • Measurement of campaign and programs success and effect on agreed targets

To succeed in this role, candidates will need to possess the following:

  • Sound knowledge of the Automotive Aftersales environment and its operational implications both at Manufacturers and Dealer levels
  • Tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing or Technical Background
  • Experience in developing and implementing projects/models from concept idea to delivery 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to transform complex research data into actionable recommendations for the business
  • Practical problem solving skills with an operational focus
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to prioritise
  • High attention to detail and time management skills
