Accounts Officer

Role: Accounts Officer  

Location: Zetland, NSW

About your new Role

Reporting to the Head of Accounting, Tax and Treasury, we have an opportunity for an Accounts Officer who will assist in driving and achieving the actual financial results of the company.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Raising invoices and collection for the Corporate accounts
• Ensure the recharge invoices are completed per the Invoicing checklist
• Prepare and send out the Dealer statements
• Back up the Accounts Receivable & Support Accounts Payable function
• Ensuring month-end tasks (reconciliations, etc.) are completed on time
• Providing accounts-related support to the rest of the team and company

About you
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:

• Basic understanding of Accounting principles
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Practical problem-solving skills with an operational focus
• High attention to detail
• Time-management skills
