The Role

Audi Australia Pty Ltd is looking to appoint a motivated Intern within the Aftersales Department in Audi Australia to support the team with the strong growth that the company is experiencing.

This is an exciting full-time opportunity based in our Sydney head office, reporting to the Aftersales Operations Manager. You will also have the opportunity to work with other team members within the department as well as directly with Aftersales Director.

Selection Criteria

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • Assist with ACAP administration tasks.
  • Assist with the development of programs to achieve all relevant qualitative and quantitative Aftersales performance targets.
  • Assist in implementing Audi Australia’s short and long term Service strategies in order to position AA for success against competitors, market pressures and industry drivers and measures, including digital retail in the service departments.
  • Assist with the development of programs to achieve all relevant qualitative and quantitative Aftersales performance targets.
  • Ensure consistent processes and procedures are available to enable pre-sale and Aftersales Service Operations at both dealership and distributor levels to operate in a professional and profitable manner whilst adhering to the policies of the vehicle manufacturer.

 

To be considered for this position you would bring:

  • Dealership Service and Parts experience desirable.
  • Previous  Customer Service experience
  • A recent graduate in business, marketing or related disciplines
  • Fluent English; good communication skills, high attention to detail
  • Strong research, analysis and reporting skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
