Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Aftersales in Singapore, this role will be responsible for partnering closely with Bentley dealer partners and authorised repairers in order to deliver on all quantitative and qualitative Aftersales performance targets. Key responsibilities will be to:
- Formulate and execute the overarching Aftersales strategy for the ANZ region, in conjunction with the Bentley APAC and Bentley Factory team
- Develop and communicate annual parts and accessories targets based on Aftersales business potential for dealership PMA
- Implement national and local initiatives to grow segments I, II and III as well as key retention performance
- Develop and monitor progress against Dealer Business Plans to improve operational and commercial performance of the network
- Collaboratively develop and support the execution and measurement of an annual marketing plan with each dealership
- Establish a high performance culture amongst dealer partners and authorised repairers
- Ensure all elements of the Aftersales business adhere to franchise expectations including facility CI compliance, brand standards, staff training and qualification, tooling, service process, reporting, warranty compliance, WHS, etc.
- Formulate and support corrective and growth action plans that address corrective requirements and opportunities for improvement/growth
- Maintain open channels of communication with local and regional Sales and Marketing, PR and CRM functions
To qualify for this role, you must possess:
- Bachelor level education (desirable) and/or 5-8 years technical and commercial experience within an Aftersales environment
- Proven strong commercial acumen and accomplishment of fiscal goals
- Track record in delivering commercial results, both quantitative and qualitative
- Highly influential and able to gain buy in at all levels within the dealership hierarchy
- Well-honed communication skills, both verbal and written
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Ability to hold stakeholders to firm actions and deadlines, whilst maintaining strong relationships
- Savvy negotiator
- Adept at coaching for behavioural and cultural change
- Well-developed planning and project management skills
- Willingness to commit to regular domestic and regional travel
