About your new Role

In this role you will live and breathe aftersales as our Area Aftersales Manager for Oceania. This position is responsible for all aftersales activities for Lamborghini with the scope of growing the business turnover of aftersales spare parts, accessories, warranty extension and merchandising.

 

The Aftersales Area Manager is ultimately responsible for increasing customers satisfaction and customers loyalty as well as managing the relationship with the Dealers’ Network for all matters related to the aftersales business.

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor performance across a range of aftersales strategic initiatives in line with Automobili Lamborghini

  • Hold dealers responsible for executing against business plans and accountable for overall Aftersales performance

  • Analyse and action opportunities to improve internal and external Aftersales related processes and efficiencies

  • Monitor, consult and manage dealership networks, on topics such as number of employees in aftersales business, show room CI, training, skill improvement for aftersales staff, and overall improvement of dealership networks’ operations

  • Develop and maintain strong communication mechanisms with senior dealership stakeholders (DPs, Owners, parent body directors) in order to address issues both proactively and reactively such as performance or compliance

  • Ensure dealer engagement is executed in accordance with the Aftersales Operations guidelines and policies and procedures

  • Create and develop positive and results focused internal relationships across Lamborghini HQ departments and other ad hoc duties as required

 

About you
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:

  • Extensive experience within Aftersales and/or Sales within the automotive landscape ideally premium or luxury

  • A strong understanding of aftersales business operations within retail or OEM

  • Well-developed communication techniques at varying seniority levels

  • Practical problem solving skills with an operational focus

  • Experience in implementing projects from concept idea to delivery

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market data into actionable recommendations for the business

  • Effective prioritisation techniques, high attention to detail and time management skills

  • Proficient in Excel and Power Point
