About Group Aftersales:

The Group Aftersales team is focused on delivering an exceptional ownership experience for customers with Volkswagen, Skoda, CUPRA and Audi vehicles. The team works closely with our dealer network to ensure vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance, spare parts, accessories, technical support and customer care are delivered to the highest standards for our customers.


About Your New Role

Reporting to the Head of Aftersales Retail Operations, you will be responsible for supporting and improving Aftersales performance across an assigned dealer network.

Working closely with Dealer Principals, Aftersales Managers and dealership teams, you'll help identify opportunities to improve performance, support operational challenges, and implement initiatives across all areas of the Aftersales business.


Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Monitor dealer performance against key Aftersales KPIs and implement improvement plans where required
  • Conduct dealer visits, operational reviews and standards assessments
  • Provide support across Service, Parts, Workshop Operations, Retention and Customer Experience
  • Partner with dealerships to improve profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Support owner relations matters, escalations and goodwill recommendations
  • Build strong relationships across the dealer network and internal VGA stakeholders
  • Share best practices and drive continuous improvement across the region

 

About you:

  • 3+ years' experience in automotive aftersales, or a background in senior account management, business development, consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to succeed in a corporate environment.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on delivering results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative team player who is self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
  • Strong work ethic, sound judgment and a customer-focused approach.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to analyse performance metrics, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working with data, reporting and performance analysis tools.
