About your new Role
The Customer Journey Analytics Specialist is responsible for end to end management, analysis, and reporting on data across CUPRA Australia’s customer journey touchpoints, enabling a data-driven approach to enhance customer experiences and business opportunities. This role focuses on data integrity, visualization, and providing insights for effective decision-making, supporting stakeholders across the eCommerce, sales, network development, finance and marketing teams.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Oversee the collection, integration, and accuracy of customer journey data, ensuring data integrity for actionable insights.

Informing business strategies, optimizing performance metrics, and providing centralized, actionable insights, through daily, weekly, and monthly analytics.

Design and manage dashboards to visualize key metrics across customer, agent, and CUPRA AU touchpoints, supporting decision making.

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly data reporting to support CUPRA Australia’s performance and sales planning.

Support strategic initiatives and ad hoc analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience in data analytics, reporting, or customer experience roles, preferably in eCommerce, or similar customer-centric industries.

Experience with data cleaning, reporting, and visualisation tools (e.g., Trello, Tableau, Excel).

Excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of coordinating data across departments.

Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and DMS/CRM plug-ins.
