About your new Role:
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function, ensuring the efficient delivery of HR processes and services. This role is responsible for onboarding new employees, maintaining accurate HR records, supporting payroll, training, and employee relations initiatives. Acting as a key point of contact for employees, the HR Coordinator helps ensure compliance with policies and employment legislation while contributing to a positive and effective workplace culture.
Your main responsibilities will include:

- Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries
- coordinating communications and organisational updates
- administering key processes (onboarding, leave, offboarding and contract generation),
- collaborating with the HR team on ongoing activities and projects.
- Compensation and Benefits: provide support by accurately maintaining employee data, assisting payroll updates, managing benefits and recognition programs, and supporting annual salary reviews.
- Assisting in the execution of recruitment initiatives
- Assist with Global & local reporting requirements and initiatives
- Administration support including record keeping and maintenance of HR records
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or Commerce (or similar)
- 1-2 years experience in Human Resources highly desirable, within a commercial environment preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder trust
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation abilities
- Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to deliver results and continuous improvement
- High level of integrity with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Basic understanding of employment law, specifically the Fair Work Act
