The Role

The CLMS Program Manager is responsible for leading all elements of the Customer Lifecycle Management System Program of Works. The CLMS Program is the digital foundation for all customer engagements and digital retail platforms.

The CLMS Program Manager is responsible for ensuring that the CLMS System and its dependencies deliver cost efficient, time efficient and customer centred solutions that enable for a simplification of technology while enabling closer online and offline engagement with our Customers, Dealer Partners and Team Members.

The main responsibilities include:

  • CRM Project and CR planning ( Brands & Group)
  • Consolidation of Projects over a period of 12 months
  • CRM projects Rollout mgmt. including creating Platform awareness to users.
  • Salesforce Partner management
  • Financial – Planning & Budget
  • System core user for Access control
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of all suppliers associated with the provision of the CRM / CLMS Platform.
  • Main point of contact for the Contact Centre for maintenance and change requests.

Selection Criteria

To succeed in this role, candidates will need to possess the following:

  • Have a strong aptitude for customer experience, both at a high level and in the details
  • Stay up to date with continually emerging CLMS/CRM Technologies and integration platforms.
  • Have the ability to understand and work with global platforms and technologies, whilst implementing local solutions to meet the short/medium term needs to the VGA and its’ brands.
  • Delivering bespoke solutions for each brand, whilst driving towards group efficiencies across the Salesforce platform.
  • Relevant industry certifications / experience in Salesforce and CLMS Technologies
  • Project Management experience
  • 5+ Year in Project Leadership Experience
  • Sound knowledge of all aspects of CLMS Platforms, sales, service, commerce, marketing, etc. 
  • Ability to understand complex technical information and clearly communicate to internal stakeholders.
  • Practical problem solving skills with an operational focus
  • Technical skills to do up-to mid-level system changes without direct supplier support.
  • Strong team management skills and ensuring the team is productive to a high standard
