About your new Role
Automobili Lamborghini is more than a brand – it is a symbol of performance, passion, and pioneering spirit. We are seeking a Marketing and PR Manager for Oceania to drive retail marketing excellence, CRM and sales funnel performance, and PR/communications across Australia and New Zealand. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the world’s most iconic luxury brands and play a key role in shaping its presence across the region.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Govern and monitor the planning and execution of each dealer’s retail marketing plan, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.
- Manage dealer marketing budgets, reporting and KPIs, ensuring all activities deliver measurable impact against sales and customer engagement targets.
- Lead CRM and sales funnel management across the region, ensuring dealers are aligned on best practice processes, data quality and prospecting activities.
- Develop and maintain strong media, PR, social and digital communications strategies to ensure Lamborghini remains front of mind in Oceania.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring all marketing, dealer activity, communications, and events reflect Lamborghini’s tone of voice, guidelines, and luxury positioning.
- Collaborate with dealers, agencies, vendors, and HQ to deliver world-class events, activations, and campaigns.
- Keep informed of competitor activities and wider luxury trends to maintain Lamborghini’s leadership position.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- Significant experience in automotive retail marketing, agency management, CRM and experiential marketing.
- Strong background in dealer management and sales funnel alignment.
- Proven experience in budget management and marketing reporting.
- A solid understanding of the luxury goods or automotive sector.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, negotiation and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- A valid driver’s licence.
