About the Role:

The National Manager – Digital Marketing role is responsible for shaping and delivering Audi Australia’s digitalisation, customer experience and ecommerce strategy. Working closely with the Audi leadership team, you will set strategic priorities, lead key digital initiatives and ensure alignment across the business, the Audi Dealer Network, Volkswagen Group Australia and AUDI AG.

 

The role combines strategic leadership with operational oversight across digital platforms, customer experience, data and analytics, CRM, connected services and ecommerce. You will lead a team of digital specialists and manage a broad portfolio of platforms, partners and projects, ensuring Audi Australia continues to evolve its digital capabilities while delivering meaningful outcomes for customers, dealers and the business. As Audi Australia’s representative on global digital forums. You will also play an important role in influencing and adapting global initiatives for the local market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of Audi Australia's Digitalisation, Customer Experience and Ecommerce strategies.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Corporate Communications, Business Development and the Audi Dealer Network.
  • Represent Audi Australia within global Audi digital forums and collaborate with AUDI AG on strategic projects and future mobility initiatives.
  • Establish strong governance frameworks and service level agreements with Volkswagen Group technology teams and key partners.
  • Oversee Audi Australia's digital platforms, including websites, customer portals, digital retail solutions, connected services and ecommerce channels.
  • Develop and enhance Audi Australia's data and analytics capabilities, ensuring business adoption, platform optimisation and data integrity.
  • Lead customer experience programs focused on retention, advocacy, loyalty and continuous improvement across the customer journey.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify customer insights, pain points and opportunities through research, reporting and performance analysis.
  • Manage the strategic direction, integration and optimisation of CRM and customer engagement platforms.
  • Develop and deliver ecommerce initiatives that create premium digital experiences for both prospective and existing Audi customers.
  • Lead innovation programs, including connected services, mobility solutions and emerging digital products.
  • Manage external agencies, technology partners and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
  • Monitor program performance, measure ROI and provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.

 

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with expertise in CRM, customer experience, digital transformation, and ecommerce.
  • Proven success in developing and executing CRM strategies, customer engagement programs, and digital initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong MarTech experience, including the scoping, implementation, optimisation, and management of digital marketing and customer experience platforms.
  • Deep understanding of customer data, analytics, segmentation, and ecommerce ecosystems, with the ability to translate insights into business growth and improved customer outcomes.
  • Demonstrated leadership in digital transformation, customer experience, digital product management, or ecommerce environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs, influence senior stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities in complex, fast-paced organisations.
  • Experience managing external agencies, technology partners, vendors, and strategic relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen, project leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
