The team works closely with our dealer network to ensure best practice and greater business performance across a range of areas for our enhanced process, procedures and connection as one team.
About your new Role
In this position within VGA you will report to our National Manager Dealer Network Development and be based in our Zetland Head office. This role is responsible to manage, enhance and expand the dealer network for Audi, CUPRA and Skoda within the Australian market. This role will have specific focus towards CUPRA.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Where required, assist with the market research to identify new dealership opportunities to grow the brand’s presence in accordance with the brand’s corporate identity and design

Collection from relevant Brand HQ the guidelines for CI/CD & translation process to be undertaken where necessary. Agree with the relevant brand the localisation of the standards

Contracts and data management: Coordinate the analysis of synergies within the brand related or additional agreement contracts and ensure renewal of current contracts due for renewal

Network Strategy & Development: Participate in the tender process for Ideal Network Planning multiband and coordination with brand HQs and brands locally for both total market and Premium market and provide monthly and yearly reporting and analysis on performance

Support dealer during the start-up process, standards & ensure all brand requirements and group requirements, system readiness is in place in the agreed timelines

Ensure an understanding of profit contribution areas are known and in line with expectations

Coordinate the preparation and agreement of the dealer investment projects in coordination with the business managers and manage project completeness in line with agreed Business Case

Identify efficiency processes to streamline impact on VGA and the dealer network and ensure the improvement of relevant IT systems for seamless communication and processes
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:

Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business or similar equivalent preferred
-
Strong stakeholder management of internal and external stakeholders
-
High capability of negotiation, influencing and presentation skills
-
Good understanding of dealerships, agency model or network development
-
Financial and IT acumen within budget management and reporting activity
-
Strong communication and networking skillset
-
Practical problem solving skills with an operational focus

High attention to detail and Project/time management skills
