The Group Aftersales team is focused on delivering an exceptional ownership experience for customers with Volkswagen, Škoda, CUPRA and Audi vehicles. The team works closely with our dealer network to ensure vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance, spare parts, accessories, technical support and customer care are delivered to the highest standards for our customers.

About your new Role

This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of Aftersales products and programs, from research and evaluation through to implementation, promotion and performance tracking. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, dealers and business partners to ensure initiatives are commercially sound, operationally viable and aligned with market needs.

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Design and execution of Market Research projects to assess the needs and opportunities for our Dealers, Trade Customers and our Vehicle Owners for the use of Genuine Parts and other Aftersales offerings
  • Analyse available reporting to assess new opportunities and improve the performance of existing Products
  • Liaise with Business Partners for information, insights, reporting and feedback purposes to ensure transparent and effective Program Steering and Communication status and updates
  • Recommendation on ‘Go to Market’ strategies, plans, incentives and other promotional activities for identified new Genuine Parts product lines and Loyalty offerings
  • Develop clear and concise communication, in particular to the Dealer network and Field Force Managers including bulletins, reports, activity sheets and other internal communication tools
  • Preparation of product forecasts, campaign ROI, budget planning, business plans and strategies as requested by the Business Development Manager
  • Maintain customer relationships by providing exceptional service, resolving issues thru problem solving with the goal of identifying new opportunities

About you
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:

  • Results orientated attitude with financial acumen, demonstrating a strong drive to achieve or exceed sales targets and key business objectives with focus on making customers the centre of decisions
  • Tertiary qualification in Project / Product Management, Sales, Marketing or a technical discipline.
  • Experienced with VW Group systems such as ETKA / ELSA is an advantage.
  • Experience with SAP
  • Competent user of Excel, Power BI
  • Sound knowledge of the automotive Aftersales environment at both manufacturer,  dealership and Aftermarket levels.
  • Experience developing and delivering products, programs or projects from concept through to implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate research and data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Practical problem-solving skills with a strong operational focus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to prioritise, manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong time management capability.
