About your new Role:
As the face of Audi Aftersales in the field, you will be responsible for building strong dealer relationships, driving customer experience excellence, and aligning regional performance with national strategies. Working closely with Dealer Principals, General Managers, Service Managers, Parts Managers and internal teams, you will ensure that the Audi dealer network upholds the highest standards of service, warranty, and parts operations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with Audi Dealers across your region
- Monitor and improve Dealer aftersales KPIs including service retention, customer satisfaction, parts sales, and workshop productivity.
- Support Audi Dealers with the execution of localised Aftersales marketing campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty..
- Drive achievement of regional Parts and Service Revenue targets (Audi Genuine Parts, Audi Genuine Accessories, Oil, Tyres and labour sales) by assisting the Dealers with Service and Parts Trade programs.
- Assist the Dealer network with customer concern resolution to ensure a positive experience.
- Recommend and monitor training plans in coordination with VGA Academy.
- Ensure that Dealer facilities maintain compliance with Corporate Identity guidelines at all times and support with the rollout of Dealer Development initiatives.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Proven experience in automotive Aftersales operations, preferably in a regional or field-based role
- Strong technical knowledge of service, parts, and warranty functions
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- High-level problem-solving ability with a strong customer-centric mindset
- Analytical capability and attention to operational detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing to broader team objectives
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/reporting systems
- A current driver’s license and flexibility to travel regularly within your region
