About your new Role
As the face of Audi Aftersales in the field, you will be responsible for building strong dealer relationships, driving customer experience excellence, and aligning regional performance with national strategies. Working closely with dealer principals, general managers, and internal teams, you will ensure that our network upholds the highest standards of service, warranty, and parts operations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with Audi dealers across your region
- Oversee warranty and policy compliance, including interpretation and dealer training
- Resolve owner relation concerns and manage goodwill claims efficiently
- Conduct regular audits, service facility reviews, and recommend operational improvements
- Guide dealers on service department layout, tooling, technical updates, and training needs
- Lead quarterly dealership surveys and compile detailed dealer contact reports
- Deliver monthly service and parts performance reports to the Head of Aftersales
- Support the rollout of national aftersales programs, training, and retail service campaigns
- Liaise with the Audi Parts Department and Prixcar to ensure timely vehicle processing
- Work collaboratively with Audi Sales, Technical, Warranty, and Dealer Administration teams
- Drive achievement of customer satisfaction (CSS) targets and implement dealer improvement plans
- Monitor dealer compliance with ISO and Audi Dealer Standards
- Provide market feedback to Audi Australia management to inform strategy
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Proven experience in automotive aftersales operations, preferably in a regional or field-based role
- Strong technical knowledge of service, parts, and warranty functions
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- High-level problem-solving ability with a strong customer-centric mindset
- Analytical capability and attention to operational detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing to broader team objectives
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/reporting systems
- A current driver’s license and flexibility to travel regularly within your region
