About Your New Role
As Regional Manager, Oceania, you will lead Lamborghini’s operations across Australia and New Zealand, working closely with our retailer partners to drive sales performance, customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
Acting as the primary link between Automobili Lamborghini and the local market, you will oversee all key commercial activities, including Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Public Relations and Network Development. You will support retailer performance, ensure exceptional customer experiences and represent the brand across a range of stakeholders.
This role requires a commercially minded leader with a strong understanding of luxury automotive retail, dealer operations and customer engagement. You will be responsible for delivering market objectives while maintaining the standards, exclusivity and reputation that define the Lamborghini brand.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Define and execute the Lamborghini Oceania strategy, delivering agreed sales, market share, profitability and customer experience objectives.
- Lead all customer-facing aspects of the business, including Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, PR and Network Development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Automobili Lamborghini headquarters, retail partners and key stakeholders.
- Drive retailer performance through network management, coaching, governance and business planning.
- Lead market analysis, volume planning and production allocation activities to maximise business opportunities.
- Identify growth opportunities and new revenue streams.
- Ensure the retailer network delivers premium customer experiences in line with Lamborghini's global standards.
- Oversee network strategy, dealer standards, facility development and future-readiness initiatives, including electrification and emerging trends.
- Represent Lamborghini as the regional brand ambassador across customer, media, industry and stakeholder engagements.
- Develop a high-performing team culture through strong leadership, coaching, talent development and performance management.
About You
- Significant leadership experience within automotive sales, marketing or business management, supported by tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Extensive automotive industry experience, preferably within OEM/importer environments, with premium or luxury brand exposure highly regarded.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that deliver sales growth, profitability and market share.
- Strong experience leading high-performing teams and retailer networks.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence global, retail and executive audiences.
- Highly commercial, analytical and strategically minded, with strong business acumen.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism and commitment to delivering exceptional customer and brand experiences.
