About your new Role
The Regional Manager is accountable for the performance of the CUPRA brand in a specific territory. The Regional Manager will provide coaching and guidance in order to maximise the effectiveness of the people and processes of the CUPRA Tribe, enabling the accomplishment of agreed KPIs such as vehicle and accessory sales, employee engagement and customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Identify areas of process improvement opportunity and offer best practice solutions to agent

Prepare, discuss and review comprehensive Visit Reports, leveraging intelligent data, in order to review current performance, predict future performance and identify potential opportunities to accelerate performance

Develop fleet strategy with Agents to target small fleets in PMA

Support the recruitment, on-boarding and training enrolment of CUPRA retail network and provide regular updates to CUPRA employees on key sales and product messages

Support CUPRA agents in the development of robust and innovative marketing plans

Closely review the impact and performance of marketing activities and provide guidance around continuation, cessation or acceleration of individual activities

Assist Network Development to maintain CI/CD guidelines

Maintain mutually beneficial and respectful relationships with key group functions that support CUPRA sales activities (Academy, Finance, Group Aftersales, etc.)
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:

Extensive Sales/Business Development in a National Sales Company or Leadership role in a Dealership

Strong relationship management skills

Strong coaching, negotiation and communication skills

Practical problem-solving skills with an operational focus

Open to creative and unorthodox solutions to deliver seamless brand experience

Analytical skills to interpret reporting and clearly articulate future reporting requirements
