About Your New Role
The Regional Manager plays a key role in driving sales performance, customer experience outcomes, and the ongoing growth of the CUPRA brand across an assigned region. As the primary point of contact between CUPRA Australia and the Agents, you will work closely with Agents to achieve sales targets, develop business plans, identify growth opportunities, and ensure alignment with CUPRA's brand standards and strategic objectives.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Drive the achievement of regional sales and performance targets.
- Partner with Agents to develop and execute business plans that deliver growth and improved business performance.
- Monitor sales performance, market opportunities and forecast results.
- Build strong relationships with Agent leadership teams and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Identify and implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Support fleet sales opportunities within local markets.
- Monitor customer experience results and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure compliance with CUPRA standards, training requirements and retail processes.
- Support the rollout of business initiatives, digital tools and CUPRA Approved programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Network Development and Aftersales.
About You:
- Extensive automotive sales, dealer operations or business development experience.
- Proven ability to influence, coach and develop dealership leadership teams.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated experience analysing business performance and implementing improvement plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth, profitability and customer outcomes.
- Highly developed analytical and reporting capabilities.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
- A passion for delivering premium customer experiences and representing an emerging performance-focused automotive brand.
