The Role:
Reporting to the Manager, Sales Planning and Operations within the Audi team, the Sales Administrator supports overall sales operations by coordinating key administrative activities, facilitating effective communication across the sales team, and providing assistance to the dealer network. The position is also responsible for distributing accurate and timely information, reports, and updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
The main responsibilities include:
- Supporting Sales Planning, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations with administrative tasks
- Supporting Regional Sales Managers with data requests and specific requirements for dealer network coordination and support
- Responsible for monthly reporting tasks for distribution to wider team and Audi AG
- Responsible for maintaining online reporting dashboards daily
- Maintain Sales department travel and marketing budgets to ensure spending remains in budget
- Administration support on projects as directed by Brand Director and Head of Sales
- Coordination of Sales department team events and meetings including. travel bookings and expenses control
- Team coordinator for the Audi Dealer Portal including uploading of bulletins.
Selection Criteria:
- Bachelor degree or higher qualification (desirable)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably within Automotive
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organised, with proven resilience and the capacity to perform well under pressure
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Business intelligence and data analytics (e.g. Tableau, QlikView) experience highly desirable
