About your new Role
This is an exciting opportunity reporting to our National Sales Planning Manager. Come in and make an impact with our Volkswagen Passenger Vehicles team and experience the potential of a career within VGA. You will be based in our Zetland office and get fantastic exposure across the global and local automotive sales planning and volume ordering of passenger vehicles.
Your main responsibilities will include:
· Sales and Wholesale vehicle planning, forecasting, allocation and production sequencing
· Act as the point of contact for dealers for questions and queries regarding stock control and training needs
· Support the Sales planning manager on volume planning
· Liaise with international headquarters bi-weekly on vehicle allocations, ordering, production and reporting needs
· Conduct analysis on aged stock and fleet requirements for bespoke fleet clients
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:
· Strong experience across Sales planning or sales analytics within automotive or similar job experience
· Bachelor’s Degree within Commerce or Finance preferred
· Excellent communication with various stakeholders across both Australia and global headquarters
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Strong autonomy and initiative
· Extensive stakeholder engagement and influential skills
