Please note, this role is a full-time 24 month maximum term contract, based in our Zetland Head Office.

 The main responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with our Head Office in Europe being responsible for the key tasks of the sales planning function:

    • Work in conjunction with the wider sales team to improve market and business understanding

    • Interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders

    • Support on sales and wholesale forecasting

    • Support on incentive planning and analysis

    • Vehicle ordering and production management

    • Lead new projects to increase brand and company efficiencies

 

Selection Criteria
To succeed in this role, candidates will need to possess the following:

 

  • Appropriate experience in a similar role, automotive experience is a bonus

  • Proven ability in management of multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously

  • A collaborative approach to the development and execution of strategies which improve operational excellence and dealer performance

  • The ability to apply strong analytical skills to gain insight into business performance and develop impactful plans

  • A natural style of accountability when managing multiple projects and delivering to deadlines

  • Ability to work in a compact and dynamic team with focus on medium to long term results

  • High degree of IT literacy across a number of systems/platforms Experience in developing reports and visualising reports that support management’s decision-making process

  • Strong analytical ability and communication skills

  • Practical problem-solving skills with an operational focus

  • High attention to detail and time management skills

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & Power Point
