About your new Role:
In this role you will report to the Head of Sales for CUPRA and closely support the Sales Planning and Ordering Manager. You will be based in our Zetland office in a hybrid working model and be responsible for the key tasks of ordering and stock management for the CUPRA brand.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Extensive vehicle ordering across the range and models within the CUPRA brand
- Ensure visibility of CUPRA stock online updating regularly vehicles for sale or new stock
- Monitor and report on pipeline stock
- Track interstate vehicle movements for allocation and support Regional Managers on stock requests.
- Process on-sold demonstrators through systems and maintain and update the Sales Log daily.
- Manage vehicle visibility on the VTP sales website (tagging/untagging vehicles for sale).
- Coordination with internal teams, such as logistics, product and sales on short and long term planning stock levels
- Administer monthly tactical programs and commission payments and prepare tactical schemes and commission calculations for approval and distribution.
- Support the Sales team at month end
- Respond to Agent queries related to tactical incentives and commissions.
- Support on preparation of ad hoc activities such as presentations, analysis and reports as and when required
About you:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Experience in automotive operations, stock management, or sales administration preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple systems and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Supported or developed reports and/or visualisations that support management decision making process and negotiations with head office
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across varying levels internally and externally
