About your new Role:
This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced process driven talent acquisition professional to work closely with the HR team for 24 months with opportunity for extension to lead and own the talent acquisition function for the Group VGA. In this fast paced role you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, as well as leading ad hoc projects and ensuring strong relationship management across a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Creating requisitions via Success Factors (SF) to track recruitment campaigns end-to-end for both direct and indirect staff

Ensuring Hiring Managers have updated Job Descriptions and have secured necessary approvals prior to hire

Management of qualification requirements
-
Job briefs, sourcing and attracting candidates for job vacancies through multiple channels including job boards (Seek & LinkedIn) and targeted search (Seek Database, LinkedIn Recruiter and SF database)

Screening candidates and completing phone screens with both internal and external candidates and making recommendations for interview

Scheduling interviews either face to face or via MS Teams and creating interview guides alongside hiring managers to ensure compliance requirements are met and interview guides stored and returned and stored appropriately

Providing advice to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners around difficult to fill roles, task assessments, salary benchmarking and internal processes including background checks, employment checks and right to work

Facilitating the pre-employment check process and managing ongoing visa checking requirements

Requesting employment contracts and providing necessary information for HR and IT teams to onboard new starters

Coordinate and facilitate weekly induction

Ad hoc project and administrative tasks to support the HR team strategy and goals as required, this will include developing e-learning pathways including; LinkedIn Learning and other online learning opportunities
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:

Degree qualification in HR, Psychology or similar preferred

Min. 3 years end to end recruitment experience, including high volume recruitment across a diverse range of roles

Moving with pace, working with medium volumes whilst adhering to process compliance requirements

Experience sourcing through alternative means, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter & Database search

Exceptional communication, negotiation and organisational skills

A passion and high level of skill for all things recruitment along with proven relationship building skills at all levels

High level of computer literacy, including a sophisticated use of HR technology systems and LinkedIn Learning

A willingness to champion change and drive process improvement to enhance and refine hiring practices

Hands-on working style with ability to take helicopter view of working requirements as needed
